About Air
Breathable, straightforward, and built for the middle ground between a basic carrier and a full expedition rig. The Air gives small to medium dogs a secure upright ride with ventilated mesh, supportive straps, and a wide base for everyday adventures.
Designed for walks, hikes, commuting, public transit, and other moderate outings, the K9 Sport Sack Air uses form-fitting mesh side panels to encourage airflow while support straps help keep your dog positioned inside the carrier. A single side pocket provides convenient storage for a water bottle or small essentials.
Fit is based primarily on your dog’s back length from the collar area to the base of the tail. The X-Small option uses a Small Air carrier paired with a Booster Block to raise shorter dogs into the intended position.

How to Measure:
- Have your dog stand naturally on a level surface
- Measure along the back from the collar area at the base of the neck to the base of the tail
- Select size from the actual measurement rather than breed name alone
- Recheck fit if your dog is still growing or falls between sizes
How to Use:
- Introduce the carrier gradually at home before longer outings
- Load and unload your dog on a stable surface
- Secure the support straps and adjust the collar enclosure before lifting the pack
- Adjust shoulder straps so the carrier sits close and stable against your body
- Check your dog’s posture, breathing, and comfort before moving
Fit Notes:
- Your dog should sit securely without excessive compression, sagging, or awkward stretching
- Keep mesh panels and breathing areas unobstructed
- Recheck the fit whenever your dog’s weight, coat, or body proportions change
- The Booster Block should only fine-tune an otherwise appropriate carrier fit
Activity Notes:
- Best suited to walking, moderate hiking, transit, and similar controlled activities
- Avoid running, jumping, cycling, skating, climbing, or other activities where a fall could place your dog at elevated risk
- Give your dog regular breaks and monitor temperature, stress, and fatigue during longer outings
