  • Shipping & Order Tracking

    Shipping Information: This website is an online marketplace where manufacturers are able to receive each order and ship directly to the customer as soon as their logistics allow. Most of the products sold on our platform ship globally, but occasionally a vendor on our site may not be able to ship to your respective destination. Estimated shipping costs and delivery times are shown during checkout, but in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled we will issue an immediate refund.
    Order Tracking: Once your transaction is completed, you will receive your confirmation information via e-mail, detailing your order #, items and quantities ordered, and a link to track the status of your order. When the manufacturer of the respective product ships your item(s), your order status will be updated with the tracking number/information related to your order.
    Subscriptions: Customers are able to login to their account with the e-mail address they used to place their order to manage their subscription settings. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time.

    Final Sale Items: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following items: all consumable items such as food, treats, snacks, cookies, and other edible products, even if unopened (with the exception of products that arrive expired to the customer and remain unopened), customized and personalized items, gift cards, donations, or any items marked as "Final Sale" on their respective product page.

    Refunds: After we review and approve the customer's request for a refund, the money is typically returned to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
