American Dog creates USA-made dog toys, beds, and accessories built for dogs who play hard and humans who appreciate products with a real story behind them. The brand was inspired by Gracie, a warehouse dog with a talent for charming coworkers into playtime and generally operating like a furry HR department with no compliance training.

What started as toys made for one very chaotic, very loved dog became a full line of durable, handcrafted products designed to bring dogs and their people closer together. From tug toys and flyers to sturdy beds and play-together essentials, American Dog focuses on quality, personality, and lasting fun.

Their philosophy is simple: great dogs deserve great toys — especially the kind that survive more than three minutes with a determined jaw and a dream.

We like American Dog because their products feel personal, purposeful, and refreshingly un-corporate. Everything comes back to Gracie: a real dog, a real need, and a brand built around making play more durable, more engaging, and more fun.

Their toys are designed for interactive play, not just “here, destroy this in the corner while I answer emails” energy. They’re made in the USA, handcrafted with tough materials, and built for dogs who want tugging, tossing, chasing, shaking, and dramatic victory laps through the living room.

They’re a great fit for playful dogs, rough-and-rowdy pups, pet parents who prefer USA-made products, and anyone looking for toys and beds with a little more heart behind them. American Dog brings durability, charm, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.
