Ingredients:
Bananas, oat flour, honey, peanut butter, eggs, peanut oil, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Topped with yogurt coating (yogurt powder, non-fat milk powder, modified tapioca starch, egg whites, tapioca maltodextrin, apple pectin, granulated rice, and titanium dioxide), vegetable coloring, and carob.

Storage Instructions:
If not served on the day of receipt, refrigerate for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the cake. When ready to serve, unwrap and thaw for 2 hours at room temperature before enjoying.
Note: The darker edges of the cake are a result of caramelization from the molasses and honey in the recipe and are completely normal. It's just the way they look and not a sign of burning.
